SEO Manager – London – £50k + Car

Our Client is a global leader in the online travel operators industry, serving millions of travellers every year. They are currently looking to recruit an SEO Manager. The role is to develop and implement the SEO strategy of the company.

Role:

  • SEO Strategy;
  • Identify the key initiatives of the UK SEO strategy, acting on all levers (pages, content, buzz…) to increase traffic and sales
  • Define the objectives, plan the impact of these initiatives to feed into the budget process
  • Implement the different initiatives of defined strategy, working with internal and external contacts
  • Measure and report on all initiatives
  • SEO analysis : global and detailed SEO results monitoring report, analysis of specific questions and additional knowledge to feedback to the business (trends, behaviours..)
  • Coordinate with development team on SEO related projects & technology support,

Essential

  • Excellent SEO technical skills & expertise
  • A detailed understanding of Google webmaster guidelines, of keyword research and targeting, of content management systems and knowledge of content principles
  • Understanding of cookies, redirects, server configuration, url configuration, coding of html and javascript and analytics tagging approaches
  • At least 2 years experience of managing SEO for an online retailer or media in a competitive market
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good relationship & communication skills
  • Knowledge of other online marketing channels and their interactions with SEO

Remuneration is To a Base of £50K, £7K Car Allowance, Benefits Company Discounts
