Now working with some of the largest aggregators including Moneysupermarket, GoCompare and Compare The Market, Xbridge has built a business which now houses over 100 people across the UK.

Job Description:

The Role
• Natural Search Optimisation/SEO
o Managing and promoting new content
o Managing search projects
o Researching new keywords
o Monitoring blogs, message boards and social networks
o Competitor analysis
o Content writing
o Social media (Twitter etc.)

• Online Conversion Optimisation
o Work with marketing and design to produce new landing pages
o Methodical approach to allow analysis of results
o Use of best of breed tools such as Omniture Sitecatalyst
o Work with the business analysts to understand how to improve conversion on a segment by segment basis of our potential customer pool

Skills / Experience:

Requirements
You will be a highly motivated and professional person with a background working in online and search marketing. You should have at least a basic understanding of how a website is put together and how the internet functions. You should also have an active interest in the internet and new technology. You will need good project management skills and be a good communicator, able to talk to different areas of the business, including developers, product managers and creatives. You will be expected to come up with original ideas to drive results.

• Minimum 1 – 2 years in an SEO related role
• Experience of web analytics desirable (Google Analytics, Omniture, Webtrends)
