Job Description:

You will work alongside the Head of Search and Social Media to implement the online strategy for ReviewCentre.com. This will involve reporting on search engine visibility and traffic fluctuations, and to devise SEO strategies based on analysis of performance.

You will work closely with the content team to develop areas of new content, and to ensure we’re maximising potential from existing content. You will also work closely with the technical team, to ensure that any future developments will not be detrimental to the ongoing SEO work.

A large part of your role will be to grow link equity to the website through outbound relationship building, and by using social media to engage with our online community.

Skills / Experience:

You will either have worked for up to 1 year in SEO (agency or client-side), or you will be fresh-faced out of University with at least a 2.1 BSc degree in a subject that’s analytical by nature – Maths, Science, Computer Science etc…

You will be passionate about online, and you will know your Bings from your Googles, and your Twitters from your Facebooks.

These skills are preferred, but not essential:

• Highly analytical
• Web-based programming (HTML, Javascript, ASP etc…)
• Good communicator (written & verbal)
• Good understanding of the web, and how online content is consumed
• Knowledge of search engine algorithms
• Understanding of how social media can be used alongside SEO
