They are focused on providing high quality SEO strategies and a top service second to none

Job Description:

Due to this growth they are recruiting on various areas of the business. In particular they are currently recruiting for an experienced Account Manager to join their SEO department. You will be responsible for liaising with the clients, assisting in the development and strategy of the campaigns and the analysis of the campaigns also to ensure the campaigns are being delivered to the highest standard. Your responsibilities will include;

- Managing and maintaining your portfolio of clients

- Understanding SEO Campaign objectives and liaising with the other departments to ensure exceptional delivery

- Liaise with clients on a regular basis

- Up sell and act as part of the renewal process and retention of current clients

- Identifying new business opportunities

- Keeping yourself abreast of the latest developments within SEO

- Use of Google Analytics and any additional web master tools to report and analyse SEO campaigns

Skills / Experience:

To be considered for the role you must have;

- A minimum of 18 months Account Management experience

- Worked within a B2B environment

- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent project management skills

- Great business acumen

- Experience managing clients

- Excellent customer service background

- A passion/interest in the Online Marketing sector

- Ideally experience within SEO or Digital background. This would be advantageous but not essential.
