“Search Team Manager”
The Team Manager will be responsible for managing Search Excellence Specialists and Coordinators to ensure that Paid and Natural Search deliverables and initiatives are presented on time and are of a high quality. This position will work closely with the strategy teams across OMG, including but not limited to PHD, MG OMD, OMD UK and M2M.

Team Managers will ensure that search marketing deliverables and initiatives are tasked properly and are completed as scheduled with a high standard of quality. A successful Team Manager will have great attention to detail and be able to take complete ownership of the process of getting tasks completed and managing the resources of their team.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Manager of a Search Excellence Team of 2-4 people:
  • Demonstrates understanding of and ability to facilitate and manage completion of Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and/or Natural Search Optimization (SEO) campaign deliverables and plans
  • Possesses deep understanding of industry technology to enable troubleshooting technology launches and other ad hoc issues
  • Demonstrates ability to effectively communicate across teams and agencies on executional requirements and is able to adeptly translate those requirements into an action plan for their team or team member
  • Displays organizational and leadership capabilities to track progress, execution and consistency of team deliverables through appropriate supervision of Search Excellence Specialists and Coordinators
  • Exhibits prioritization and time management skills necessary to effectively allocate resources across multiple clients, multiple projects and multiple employees to meet required deadlines and execution plan objectives
  • Displays leadership and management capabilities necessary to motivate and develop a team.
  • Displays acute attention to detail necessary to conduct quality assured work products of this individuals team
  • Demonstrates holistic understanding of project execution plans and the interaction of various service offerings
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of the overall Brand Planning process and how all media interact to offer a holistic view to execution plans and testing strategies

Skills / Experience:

Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising or communications, MIS or stats and have 3+ years of work experience managing, developing, delivering and optimizing search marketing and/or other interactive advertising campaigns.
