Job Description:
Execute search engine marketing tactics, including: keyword research and expansion, ad copy creation, campaign performance tracking & reporting, testing, analysis as well as manage other internal resources.
Continually evaluate and improve the effectiveness of campaigns.
Manage tracking and reporting of campaigns and provide management reports and insights.
Provide recommendations on how to improve ROI of online marketing campaigns.
Understand clients’ business objectives and challenges and incorporate them into the SEM strategies. Work closely with internal teams to prepare and launch marketing initiatives.
Utilize in house technologies to analyze the campaigns in order to make appropriate recommendations to improve the ROI.
Research the latest industry trends and best practices
Contribute to the continual refinement of their proprietary analytics software.
Manage, mentor, and train junior team members.

Skills / Experience:
• The perfect candidate must be comfortable forecasting performance goals, assuming accountability. They’re looking for someone who is very comfortable dealing to executive level clients with 3 years of end to end paid search marketing experience.
