Job Description:
The company has recently acquired a number of extremely high profile clients to add to their already enviable portfolio. This has had a knock on effect to recruit which is seeing many areas of the business recruiting additional members of staff to ensure the high quality of work they are expected to produce. Currently the Account Management team have seen a dramatic increase in workload which has meant they must now recruit an experienced Account Manager who can hit the ground running. The prime responsibility of the Account Manager within the company will be for the management of client campaigns as well as the development of new and existing relationships. Your day to day role will include the following;
- Reporting on all client areas of the campaign(s) to the Senior Account Manager
- Ensuring the retention of all clients
- Propose and implement client portfolio growth strategy and tactical plans
- Ensure that the clients’ expectations are met with delivery and service provided
- Identify and maximise the opportunities within the client portfolio
- Provide advice to the client including being involved in meetings and pitches
- Regularly review competitor activity and industry trends
- Identify and build relationships with the clients’ key influencers and decision makers
- Implement the company’s performance management system and processes
Skills / Experience:
The right individual for the role will already be within an Account Manager/Account Executive position within a Digital environment; ideally Search Marketing. You will have already managed high profile clients and have had experience in client facing situations. You will have experience in all Digital Marketing channels. You current/previous roles will have seen you involved in the strategy and planning of clients Digital campaigns. Any additional experience such as hands-on PPC would be advantageous but not essential. You will have great presentation and communication skills.
