Offering a complete range of internet marketing based products and services, they have three offices in the UK, dealing with smaller entrepreneurial businesses and larger blue-chip clients. They are now looking to recruit a Sales Manager / Branch Manager to join their Leeds team.

Job Description:

As a Sales Manager / Branch Manager you’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our client’s thriving sales office, including leading a 20-strong sales team. This role demands an ambitious, inspirational and enthusiastic leader who’s able to take control and motivate the team to maximise its potential.

Your duties will include:

- managing the operations of a busy sales office, maintaining morale and providing clear, strong direction
- ensuring all team members and the office as a whole consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- promoting and encouraging good account management practices
- producing weekly sales reports and KPIs
- managing office facilities, including stationary, petty cash, cleaners, and key holder responsibility

To be considered for this position, you must have proven sales management experience. You will also need to demonstrate excellent leadership and people development skills coupled with strong commercial awareness.

In addition to your proven track record of successfully leading a team to achieve targets, as the Sales Manager / Branch Manager you should also be highly organised and eager to develop your skills.

Knowledge of the online marketing industry would be a distinct advantage, but is not essential as training will be provided.
