As an Online Marketing Manager you’ll have an exciting marketing role with overall responsibility for website traffic generation and conversion across a fast-growing network of niche websites. This role is based in London but will require travel once a week to the Cambridge office.
From day one you’ll be given wide-ranging responsibility to increase traffic to the network of websites and manage the quality of traffic and website conversion rates. Part of the senior management team, this role requires someone who’s creative in their marketing strategy in terms of generating traffic, quality leads and conversions.
Your duties will include:
- drawing up marketing plans to meet targets, and managing product teams, marketing staff and suppliers to deliver the plans
- hitting marketing targets and reporting on marketing performance
- planning/delivering marketing campaigns using the following: SEO, PPC, press, PR, display, email, offline, conversion optimisation
To be considered for this position, you must have senior level online marketing experience and knowledge of SEO, PPC and affiliate marketing. Good project management skills and the ability to motivate yourself and those around you are also important.
As an Online Marketing Manager, you should also be an exceptional communicator with the ability to cope with a variety of different tasks and responsibilities. Experience in the telecoms or computer hardware sector would be of benefit, as would knowledge of CPA, CPC, CPM and/or CPL.
