An opportunity has now arisen for an Online Marketing Assistant / Online Content Writer to join their team.
Job Description:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, self-starting online copywriter to add value in the role of Online Marketing Assistant.
Supporting a growing Marketing and SEO team, this creative role will involve copywriting for online media such as email newsletters. The position would suit someone with a background in online copywriting and content generation who would like to take on some more generalist online marketing activities.
Specific responsibilities of the role will include:
- Planning content and schedule for a fortnightly newsletter sent to roughly 850,000
- Optimising and understanding performance of email marketing
- Management of a team of freelance copywriters
- Brainstorming, commissioning, writing and workflow management of ideas for travel articles
- SEO projects, including optimising site content
- Uploading and creating website content
To be considered for this position, the Online Marketing Assistant / Online Content Writer will need to demonstrate proven experience of online copywriting, as well as a good awareness of SEO, keyword research and web page optimisation.
You will also be self-motivated, with excellent written English and an interest in travel.
