I’m a big fan of Outlook 2007. So much so that I even run it in my Ubuntu installation. That said, I have a little gripe, just a very small one, mind you!
The RSS feeds “Outlook Syndicated Content (RSS) Directory”. The strapline states: “News, blogs and more delivered right in your inbox…” Hmmm. There’s such a missed trick here. Personalisation! Here’s the screenshot:
Given that Outlook 2007 consolidates all of my RSS feeds, it would make sense to build an ability to suggest similar feeds that I may be interested in. To be honest, the suggestions that the default screen above makes are a little lame. Get to work Microsoft!
