A Group SEO Manager is required for a leading internet company (a household name).
As SEO Manager you will be responsible for developing and driving European and Asia Pacific SEO Strategy to deliver increased visibility in Natural Search Engines.
The Group SEO Manager will provide internal SEO regular reports on actual results versus targets for all SEO activities for all countries/brands in Europe. You will also lead the SEO program and manage key projects. As Group SEO Manager you will also be responsible for the European and Asia Pacific SEO strategy to deliver increased visibility on natural search engines. Another key role that the Group SEO Manager will be part of is to carry out will be the execution and delivery of the global content strategy designed to deliver outstanding content across all properties of the site. You will also be responsible for developing a Search Centre of Excellence.
Main Duties & Responsibilities Include:
- Understanding key business questions and business strategy & goals relating to European and Asia Pacific Strategy, and using own initiative to provide SEO analysis to the business.
- Presenting these results to the Group European Marketing team so that it is in a format that can easily be directly used/actioned in SEO strategy/ campaigns
- Share and drive SEO best practice to the extended marketing team in EU
- Creating, regularly updating and presenting dashboards of standard metrics for campaigns, retention and customer/subscriber behavior for all countries/brands
- Direct and Execute European and Asia Pacific SEO Strategy
- Overseeing the transition of the old SEO platform to the new International platform
Key Skills and Experiences required:
- A solid background of SEO experience ideally working for client-side for another leading organization or one of the leading search agencies.
- You must be an extremely analytical thinker with a good understanding/previous use of reporting and analytics tools
- You should have a business and commercial awareness with a good understanding of html and other web development technical aspects e.g. CMS, I.A. etc
- I am looking for some that is a proactive team player with a strong technical ability and proven excel skills
- Project Management experience would also be desirable
- You must be able to work in a Matrix business environment with various markets and teams.
