We are looking for a highly motivated graduate to join our team at Distilled as business development manager. Experience in sales and / or Internet marketing is desirable, though not required. You must be enthusiastic, prepared to learn and an excellent communicator.

You will learn about SEO, PPC marketing, web design and online reputation issues. We will train you in our sales process.

Distilled is a young and rapidly growing internet marketing company with a big reputation. There are currently 14 of us based in our London offices. Our clients range from small local businesses to some of the largest companies on the web. This is an excellent opportunity to help our business grow to the next level and get involved with the exciting world of internet marketing whilst learning from one of the best teams around.

You will report straight to Will Critchlow, a director, and as the first member of the ‘sales team’, you will have immediate opportunities to impact the growth and performance. Rewards will be closely tied to performance with generous performance incentives.

Your role will be to research potential new accounts, make contact with them and attend sales meetings. Initially you will be accompanied to sales meetings by a director before eventually leading them independently. You will write proposals and follow up with prospects to close deals before handing projects over to the operations team.

The right candidate will be at home on a computer and will love the internet. You will have excellent written and spoken English, and be comfortable interacting with our clients and prospects.
