ASP.NET Programmer – Visual Basic or C#, ASP.NET
Worthing, West Sussex

This is the ideal role for an ambitious candidate with commercial ASP.NET programming experience to join an exciting and growing agency.

As an ASP.NET Programmer you’ll be responsible for assisting with a variety of projects, mainly the design and development of content management systems.

You’ll be required to carry out projects on time and to specification, whilst working within a team and keeping the company up-to-date with any programming developments.

To be considered for this position you must have solid experience in ASP.NET coding (Visual Basic or C#). You must also have experience with the following:

- ASP
- SQL
- XML / XSLT / XPATH
- JavaScript / JQuery/ Ajax
- HTML and CSS
- Macromedia Dreamweaver 8
- Microsoft Visual Studio
- Microsoft Management Studio

As the ASP.NET Programmer you’ll also need to be a team worker with great attention to detail, an innovative approach and a customer focus. Your ability to work under pressure and achieve tight deadlines is also essential.

The ideal candidate may also hold a certification or qualification related to programming (e.g. MCPD, Microsoft Certified Professional Developer or an academic qualification such as a Computer Studies degree or equivalent).
