My client is a leading boutique digital agency based in the cosmopolitan city centre of Leeds. They have been established for the last 3 years and are part of one the worlds largest media communication agency’s. The company started traditionally in online design and e-marketing. They have grown aggressively over the last few years and are now leaders in the digital industry. They consist of over 100 employees across the UK and in the Leeds Head Office; they house 30-40 highly talented individuals. The company has a successful Search Marketing division which consists of fantastic SEO & PPC Specialist who have backgrounds within some of the UK’s top agency’s. In 2008 they moved to sassy new offices which provide a great environment, with a large open plan space and great relaxation area with plasma screen tv’s and games consoles. The staff are all extremely friendly and socialise together on a regular basis. They have grown a top academy ethos in the company which has allowed them to produce some real home grown talent.

Job Description:

Over 2009 they have aggressively marketed the company which has resulted in the acquisition of big brands, big companies, big budgets to which they provide a high quality service. Their portfolio consists of blue-chip companies, house-hold names and even some of the most successful musical performers to date. Due to this success the Search Marketing Division is looking to recruit further this year. The position available within the team is an Account Manager to support the Search Director and continue to provide an extremely high level of service.

Skills / Experience:

You must have a minimum of 1 year Account Management experience working within an agency. You will either currently be an Account Manager looking to join a leading company working with some phenomenal clients. Alternatively you will currently be an Account Executive looking to take the next step in your career. You will have had experience working with SEO & PPC and ideally Affiliate Marketing as this will be a sector the company will be focused on in the near future. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills. Your project management skills will be second to none and you will have fantastic business acumen. You may be required to meet with clients and must therefore feel comfortable in client facing environments. The team is set to develop further in 2010 with plenty of recruitment plans in place; which will set you in prime position for promotions.
